The latest implementation of the Generator Interactive Sales System has just been completed and rolled out at Sunset World Resorts in Cancun, Mexico.
Dan King, Tonya Fahari and Jemal Patel from Generator’s Results Optimisation Team trained the managers and sales teams at both the Sunset and Hacienda Tres Rios sales centres over a two-week period. These teams are now enjoying great results using the Generator System.
The Sunset World Resorts Interactive Sales System is a highly customised system that has been developed to reflect the differences at both locations and has dynamic navigation, a comprehensive tool box giving access to non-standard sales modules, and access to real-time reporting and metrics. Sales managers can track the progress of each salesperson through Live View, allowing them to step-in to the presentation if they believe the salesperson has not allocated sufficient time, for example, to an important area of the tour and change the outcome if required.
The system links directly to live websites allowing the salespeople and managers to show proof of how their product works and seamlessly comes back to the presenter. It is intuitive and easy to use for all salespeople regardless of technical ability and fun and engaging for the guests.
