Mike Ashton from Generator Systems is joining the Trends and Innovation Track panel at this year’s AOCAP Conference in Singapore, from March 15 – 16.
The panel, which is being moderated by Orion Ray-Jones (content director at Quo), is considering marketing alternative ownership products both now and into the future. Panellists will consider who is today’s Asia Pacific consumer and how organisations can use marketing and social media to change their perspective, gain confidence and sell their products. The panel will consider whether there are different marketing approaches for different alternative ownership products and whether different geographic and age demographics require different marketing techniques.
Of particular interest to Mike is whether technology plays a role in current messaging and closing the deal.
“At Generator Systems, we believe that technology has an important role to play from the first contact with the client and then through the entire sales process and beyond. More important than technology, however, is the content and how this is used throughout the customer journey.”
The Alternative Ownership Conference (AOCAP) is the only Asia-Pacific conference focused on alternative ownership and mixed-use resorts including branded residences, private residence clubs, condo hotels and timeshare and fractional ownership. Delegates will learn why the alternative ownership business models have a significant potential in Asia Pacific and how market potential might be realised. The conference is a must-attend event for investors, owners, developers and those looking for ways to monetize undeveloped resort real estate, repurpose or further optimise returns on existing inventory.
The conference takes place at the Pan Pacific Singapore. The Trends and Innovation Track takes place on Thursday, March 16 from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
